R2TC Tour - Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the R2TC Tour app, operated by River Gum Office Furniture Pty Ltd trading as R2TC Tour.

Membership

​

The app is for members of the R2TC golf tour club. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

​

Acceptable use

​

You agree to use the app respectfully. You must not post or send content that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. You can report any player or message from within the app, and block a player from messaging you. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, at our discretion.

​

Scores and records

​

Scores, handicaps and results entered in the app are club records for social competition purposes only. They are not official golf handicap records.

​

Content you post

​

You keep ownership of content you post, but you grant us a licence to display it within the app to other club members. You must only post content you have the right to share.

​

Location services

​

GPS features are provided for convenience. Distances shown are estimates - always exercise your own judgment on the course.

​

Termination

​

You can stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

​

Liability

​

The app is provided "as is" for a private club. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

​

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
